Table Editor

Table Editor allows users with the necessary permissions to edit the database tables. Many items added in Designer can also be added in the table editor. These items include contractors, material, equipment, etc. To edit those tables, select Cityworks from the Asset Group drop-down list.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Users must be granted access to Table Editor in Designer under Employee Relates.
  • Users must have an AMS Edit or AMS Edit+ license.

NOTE: Changes made using Table Editor are not reflected in related tables. For example, if you edit the EMPLOYEE table and add a value in the ADDDOMAIN field, the related USERNAME field in the CWSVRUSER table is not automatically updated.
