Print Multiple Service Requests

Multiple service requests can be printed at the same time.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Configure the Print Output Type in Designer under General > Preferences > Print Output Type.
  1. Search for the service requests to print.
  2. Select the service requests to print.
  3. Click Data > Print > Selected in the service request toolbar.

If the Print Output Type preference is set to Crystal, a Crystal Printing tab opens. If the preference is set to Docx, a print preview opens.

  1. Click Print to print the document.
