Delete a Work Order

Work orders can be deleted by a user with the appropriate rights. Deleting a work order removes it from the records permanently.

PREREQUISITES: Users must have permission to delete work orders.

IMPORTANT: Cityworks recommends closing work orders instead of deleting them to preserve data.

1. Open a work order.
2. Click Delete.

3. Click Yes to delete the work order, or No to cancel.
