Remove a Service Request

Deleted service requests are completely removed from the system.

PREREQUISITES: Users must have permission to delete service requests.

IMPORTANT: Cityworks recommends closing service requests instead of deleting them to preserve data.

1. Open the service request.
2. Click Delete.

3. Click Yes to confirm, or No to cancel.
