Clone a People Role

You can create a people role based on an existing one by cloning the desired role, then editing the new role to make it unique.

1. From the home page, click PLL and click People Roles.

2. On the People Roles panel, select the role you want to clone and click Copy.

3. Enter the Role Code and Description for the new template and make any changes as desired.

4. Click Add.

NOTE: Admin automatically saves the changes you make. A progress bar in the upper-right corner appears that says Saving.
