Status Codes
Status codes are used to keep track of how a case is progressing. A case template may be configured so that a case’s status code updates automatically when certain steps are completed. Administrators can also make it impossible for the case status to be changed before certain conditions are met.
TIP: Users can narrow the list of status types by clicking Filter Records and entering the first few letters of the status type. The Filter by icon allows users to limit the displayed list to status codes that are either active or inactive.
