Domains

A domain is a distinct group with shared work activities and resources. You may have a single domain or multiple domains depending on how your organization wants to organize security and access to information. Employees can be assigned to more than one domain. Each domain has its own request templates, work order templates, employees, etc. This section explains how to add and configure domains.
