Field Validation

The Field Validation page allows administrators to configure conditions for work activity templates that are validated when a work activity is updated, closed, or canceled. This includes required fields and field constraints that can be set on service request, work order, and inspection templates. This functionality works with Respond and any mobile app compatible with 15.7.2 and newer.
