Appendix 2: Comments

Comments added to service request and work order templates, as well as service request and work order predefined comments can be formatted. Formatting such as bold and italics can be added to the comment, as well as links to other work activities and URLs. User mentions allow users to mention other users in the comment and that user is notified.
