Add or Edit a Linear Answer

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select a service request template from the Work Activity Templates panel.
  2. Click the Questions tab on the Template Details panel.
  3. Expand a question.

Any existing answers for the question display.

  1. Click Add Answer to add an answer to the selected question.
  1. Select the Answer Format, enter the Answer (if required), and click Add Answer.

  1. Select the answer and enter the answer details for the answer.

  1. To edit an answer, select an existing answer and change the answer details.

You can rearrange the answers to determine how they display on the service request.

NOTE: Admin automatically saves the changes you make. A notification pops up at the bottom to verify changes have been saved.
