Edit a Status Code

Existing status codes may be updated or changed at any time without having to create entirely new status codes to replace them. There are also a few fields that are only available on the Case Status panel.

  1. From the home page, click PLL and click Status Codes.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. On the Status Codes panel, select the status code you want to edit.

NOTE: Multiple status codes can't be edited at once if some are active and some are inactive.

  1. On the Case Status panel, make any changes as needed.

NOTE: Admin automatically saves the changes you make. A notification pops up at the bottom to verify changes have been saved.
