Tasks

Tasks are the steps needed to complete a work order. A task can be associated with an asset and can have its own labor, material, and equipment costs. Task templates can be created so that it is easier for users to add the same tasks to their work orders. See Add or Edit a Task Template for more information. Task templates can be associated to a work order template so that they are automatically included on any work order created from that template, or users can also add tasks to any work order. Users can also search work orders based on the associated tasks. This section explains how to add and configure task templates.
