Clone a Notification Recipients Group

Notification recipients groups may be cloned.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Notification Recipient Group security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.

  • This requires Cityworks 23.3 and newer.
  1. From the home page, click PLL and click Notification Recipients Group.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. On the Notification Recipients Group panel, select the notification recipients group you want to clone and click Clone selected records.

  1. On the Add Notification Recipient Group panel, update the code in the Code field.
  2. Update the description in the Description field if desired.
  1. Click Add.
