Add Attachments to a Service Request Template

The Attachments section allows you to add attachments that are automatically added to new service requests created from this template.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select a service request template from the Work Activity Templates panel.
  2. Click the General tab on the Template Details panel.
  1. To add an attachment, either click the box in the Attachments section to browse to the file or drag a file and drop it where it says Drag the plugin file here or click to upload.

  1. To remove an attachment, click the delete icon next to it.
  2. To remove all of the attachments, click Remove all attachments.
  3. Click Delete to confirm that you want to remove the attachment(s).

NOTE: Admin automatically saves the changes you make. A notification pops up at the bottom to verify changes have been saved.
