Add a Violation

PREREQUISITES: The Violations security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information. You must have at least one fee set up in the database. See Fee Setup for more information.

1. From the home page, click PLL and click Violations Library.

2. On the Violations panel, click Add record.

3. On the Add New Violation panel, fill in the Violation Code field, the Description field, the Violation Text field, the Remedial Text field, and make a selection in the Fee drop-down list.
4. Click Add.
