Add a Task Group

This section will discuss how to set up new task groups.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Task Group security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.
  • You must have one or more tasks set up. See Task Setup (PLL) for more information.
  1. From the home page, click PLL and click Workflow Setup.
  1. On the Task Groups panel, click Add record.

  1. Under New Task Group, enter a 10-character identifier for the group in the Task Group Code field.
  2. Enter a brief explanation of its purpose in the Description field.
  3. Click Add.
