Configure Task Results

Task results can be configured to automatically create other work activities when selected on a case. These work activities include work orders, service requests, inspections, adding additional fees, and other workflows. Select the work activity you want to create from the following options for more information. Administrators can further customize task behavior by linking reports to a task and configuring who receives automatic notifications whenever a comment is added to a task.
