Case Templates

Templates are the fundamental operating unit in PLL. Every permit or license application created in PLL is based on one template or another. Configuring those templates correctly is crucial. The following topics will walk you through the steps of creating and configuring case templates and explain what each field, check box, and drop-down list does so that you can make sure your users have the best experience possible and your organization has the information it needs to run effectively and efficiently. From the Case Templates panel, you can add new case templates or edit, expire, inactivate, clone, or delete existing case templates.
