Open a Work Order in ArcGIS Navigator

When you are viewing a work order in the mobile apps, you can open the corresponding work order in ArcGIS Navigator.

PREREQUISITES: You must have Navigator downloaded and opened on your device. Download a map in Navigator that covers the area you work in and make sure it is set as your current map. For more information, see the ArcGIS Navigator online help. You must be logged in to both the ArcGIS Navigator app and Cityworks mobile native app using the same credentials for either ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS.

1. Open the work order you'd like to view in Navigator.
2. Tap the share icon at the top of the work order.

3. Tap ArcGIS Navigator on the Open In window.

Navigator opens with directions to get to the work order.

IMPORTANT: Work activities must have a geocoded address for Navigator to generate directions.
