Open a Work Order in Respond

When you are viewing a work order in the mobile apps, you can open the corresponding service request in Respond.

PREREQUISITES: You must have Respond open in your browser.

1. Open the work order you'd like to view in Respond.
2. Tap the share icon at the top of the work order.

3. Tap Cityworks Respond on the Open In window.

The work order opens in Respond.
