Add an Attachment

You can add attachments to a task. Any files added to the task in the mobile apps also appear on the task and the Attachments panel on the case's summary page in Office.

  1. Open a PLL task.
  2. Tap Attachments.

  1. Tap Add in the upper-right corner.

Existing attachments appear in the list.

  1. Tap Take Photo to take a picture and add it to the task.
  2. Tap Record Video to record a video and add it to the task.
  3. Tap Choose File to choose an image or document from your current files to attach to the task.

  1. To attach multiple documents or files at the same time, tap and hold until one attachment is highlighted. Tap to highlight all files you want to attach and tap Open.

NOTE: When viewing existing files, tap the arrow next to Modified in the heading to sort the files in ascending or descending order.
