Update the Work Order Address

Work order addresses can be added, updated, and geocoded from your mobile device.

  1. To add or edit an address, tap Address.

  1. Type the address in the Address field.

  1. Tap the Update X,Y check box if you want the X and Y coordinates to be updated when you geocode the address.
  2. Tap Geocode to geocode the address.

NOTE: To geocode an address, the device must be connected to the internet.

  1. Select the correct address, then return to the work order.

With a geocoded address, the work order can now be opened in the Map Application.
