Set Up Cityworks Utility for PACP

Before using Cityworks Utility, obtain a blank PACP exchange database from NASSCO, Azteca Systems, LLC, or a CCTV software vendor. You can download a blank PACP database, see Download Blank PACP Database for Use with CCTV Interface on MyCityworks for more information.

The Cityworks domain administrator must select Use CCTV Codes under the Inspections tab on the Preferences page in Designer.

IMPORTANT: The interface requires PACP codes and grades instead of the standard Cityworks inspection format. Selecting Use CCTV Codes allows Cityworks to redirect the TV inspection form to the CCTV Codes table, which stores the standard PACP codes, descriptions, code groups, and grading criteria.

The CCTV Codes page displays the standard PACP codes defined by NASSCO. This page is also accessed in Designer by selecting Edit CCTV Codes.
