Add TV Observation Codes

Add TV Observation Codes for TV inspection observations.

NOTE: TV Observation Codes only appear if Use CCTV Codes is unchecked.

Existing TV Observation Codes appear in the TV Observation Codes section.

1. Click Add to add a new score.
2. Enter the Code, Description, and Score.
3. Click Add.

4. To remove a score, select it and click Delete.
