Configure Service Request Template Security
Template Security is used to set the group access rights for the service request template. Permission is given to view, add, update, delete, or view cost.

- From the Service Requests tab, click Template Security.
The Templates panel lists all of the service request templates. You can filter the list by typing the first few letters of the template in the search box in the top-right corner.
- Select the service request template.
- The Employee Groups panel lists all of the groups and gives options for assigning permissions to each one.
- Select the appropriate permissions for each group for View, Add, Update, Delete, and View Cost. You can also select the check box to the left of the group name to assign all the permissions to that group. Alternatively, select the check box directly below View, Add, Update, Delete, or View Cost to give that type of permission to all groups.
- Click Advanced to select more specific permissions for each group relating to Service Request, Customer Call, and Labor.

NOTE: Designer automatically saves the changes you make. A notification will appear in the top-right corner of the window that says Data Saved when you make changes to the page.
