Add Caller Title Values

Add Caller Title Values that can be assigned to a service request.

Existing titles of callers appear in the Caller Title Values section.

1. Click Add to add a new title.
2. Enter the Code and Description for the caller title.
3. Click Add.

4. To remove a caller title, select it and click Delete.
