Add Caller Type Values

Add Caller Type Values that can be assigned to a service request.

Existing types of callers appear in the Caller Type Values section.

1. Click Add to add a new caller type.

2. Enter the Code and Description for the caller type.
3. Click Add.

4. To remove a caller type, select it and click Delete.
