Add Resolution Values for a Service Request

Add Resolution Values that can be assigned to a service request.

Existing resolutions appear in the Resolution Values section.

1. Click Add to add a new resolution.
2. Enter the Code and Description.

3. Click Add.

4. To remove a resolution, select it and click Delete.
