Add Status Values for a Service Request

Add Status Values that can be assigned to a service request.

IMPORTANT: The values Cancel and Closed must not be deleted, but the description can be changed.

Existing statuses appear in the Status Values section.

1. Click Add to add a new status.
2. Enter the Code and Description.
3. Select Is Active if you want this code to display in Cityworks.

4. Click Add.

5. Clear the Active check box to make the code inactive, but maintain historical data associated with it.

6. To remove a status, select it and click Delete.

IMPORTANT: To preserve your historical data, it is recommended to make a code inactive rather than deleting it.
