Crystal and Word Email and Print Templates
Email templates and print templates are included with your Cityworks site and act as either an attachment, or the body of an email when attached to an Email Template, or the body of a print template when printing is set up for work orders, service requests, and inspections. You may modify the default templates to match your specifications.
NOTE: It is a best practice to modify a copy of the template in order to preserve the original file.
The following list of Crystal Reports (.rpt) templates are included with your site:

- Issue

If an .rpt file is entered into the Report Template Filename field on the Template Details tab, the template will display as an attachment in the email.
NOTE: The default location for Crystal Reports templates is ...\inetpub\wwwroot\<site_alias>\WebSite in the PrintCrystal folder. If you are using an Oracle database, use the templates in the Oracle folder found within the PrintCrystal folder.

- InspAllFields
- InspCaller
- InspInternal
- Permit
- PW
- PWAllFields
- SR
- SRAllFields
- SRCaller
- SRInternal
- WOCaller
- WOInternal
If a .docx file is entered into the Report Template Filename field on the Template Details tab, the template will display as the body of the email.
NOTE: The default location for Word templates is ...\inetpub\wwwroot\<site_alias>\WebSite in the PrintDocx folder.
