Associate Work Order Templates to a Service Request Template

Work order templates can be associated to service request templates so that users can easily create a work order from a service request.

1. Select a service request template from the Templates panel.
2. Click the WO Templates tab on the Details panel.

Work order templates that are already associated to the service request template are shown in the Associated Work Order Templates section.

3. Click Add.
4. Select a work order from the list on the Work Order Templates panel. To more easily find the template, you can select an Entity Group and Entity Type to filter the list, or you can begin typing the name of the template in the search field at the top of the panel.

TIP: You can use <Shift + click> or <Ctrl + click> to select multiple work orders templates.

5. Click Add.

NOTE: Designer automatically saves the changes you make. A notification that says Data Saved appears in the top-right corner when you make changes to the page.
