Labor Rates Fields

The following fields display on the Rates tab:

  • Hourly Rate: Enter the pay rate for the employee's hourly wage.
  • Benefits: Enter the pay rate for additional items an employer may provide, such as health insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, etc.
  • Holiday: Enter the pay rate for working holidays.
  • Other: Enter the pay rate for any code not already included in this list.
  • Overhead: Enter the pay rate for any overhead costs that are added to billable work for other departments.
  • Overtime: Enter the pay rate for working more than 40 hours per week.
  • Shift Differential: Enter the pay rate for working swing, graveyard, or other shifts.
  • Stand By: Enter the pay rate for being on-call for emergencies during the evening or weekend.
