Clone a Service Request Template

You can create a service request template based on an existing one by cloning the desired template, then editing the new template to make it unique.

1. From the Service Requests tab, click Templates, or click Service Request Templates from the home page.

2. Select the desired template you want to clone from the Templates panel and click Clone.
3. Enter the Code and Description for the new template and click Clone.

4. Finish entering details for the new service request template in the Details panel on the right.

NOTE: Designer automatically saves the changes you make. A notification that says Data Saved appears in the top-right corner when you make changes to the page.
