Add Keywords to a Task Template

You can add keywords to a task template to make work orders that have a task associated to them easily searchable.

  1. Select a template from the Task Templates panel.

The Keywords section is used to add keywords for the task template.

  1. Enter a keyword and click Add.
  2. To remove a keyword, select it and click Delete.

NOTE: Designer automatically saves the changes you make. A notification that says Data Saved appears in the top-right corner when you make changes to the page.
