Logs

Logs can be viewed to troubleshoot an error.

  1. To log in to the host, change the end of the URL to Admin and press Enter.

  1. Click Logs.

  1. You can expand Host Logs or Core App Logs and select a log to view it.

  1. Select the Host Log Level to determine what the log keeps track of at that level and above.

Trace is the lowest level and if selected, logs everything. Warning is the default log level and logs Warning and the levels above that: Error and Critical.

  1. Click Update.

  1. Click Delete to remove the log.
  2. Click Copy to copy the text from the log.
  3. Click Refresh Log File to refresh the log messages.
  4. Click Wordwrap to wrap the text to dynamically size with the size of the browser tab.
