1. Click Data View on the map toolbar.

2. Click Assets.

3. Select assets on the map. See Legend and Selection for more information.

The Assets tab populates with the selected assets.

4. From the list, select the asset you want to view attachments for. The first asset in the list is selected by default.

Any attachments are visible.

NOTE: Attachments can be removed from the Attachments panel on the work activity.

PREREQUISITES: Event layers must be made visible in the Legend map tool to be selected on the map. See Event Layers for more information.

1. Click Data View on the map toolbar.
2. Click Events.

3. Select work activities, projects, or contracts on the map.
4. Select one from the list.

The panel populates with any comments or attachments associated to the work activity, project, or contract.

NOTE: Attachments can be removed from the Attachments panel on the work activity.
