Print Reports

You can print reports associated to a case or a task. If the PLL administrator has associated reports to the case template, they will appear on the Main panel of the Summary page. Complete one of the following:

PREREQUISITES:

  • Reports need to be associated to the case template. For more information on associating reports to a case template, see the Configure Reports on a Case Template section of the PLL Admin for 15.3 Guide.
  • Crystal reports need to be created for tasks.
ClosedFrom the Summary Page
  1. Select a report from the drop-down list next to the Print Selected Report icon at the bottom of the Main panel.
  2. Click the Print Selected Report icon.

This opens the Report Viewer allowing you to review the information on the report before printing.

  1. Click the Print this report icon.

ClosedUsing Task Manager
  1. Perform a search in Task Manager. For more information on performing a search, see Search Tasks Using Task Manager.

  1. Click the task you want to print reports for.

  1. Click Details at the bottom of the panel.

  1. Select a report from the Print Crystal Report drop-down list.

  1. Click the print icon.

This opens the Report Viewer allowing you to review the information on the report before printing.

  1. Click the Print this report icon.
