Schedule an Inspection

Inspections may only be scheduled when the corresponding task becomes available in the workflow and when the case status for the case is configured to allow inspections to be scheduled.

PREREQUISITES:

  • A case must have inspections/tasks added to the workflow. For more information on adding tasks to the workflow, see Add a Workflow Task.
  • A case's status may need to be a specific status in order to schedule inspections. Ask your administrator if a case must have a specific status in order to schedule inspections. If you have administrator rights, see the Status Codes section of the PLL Admin for 15.3 Guide for more information.
