Flags

Flags are alert, reminders, or messages that scroll across the top of case's summary page. They may be purely informational, or may be configured to enforce certain regulations by limiting the progress of a case until specific tasks are completed. From the Flags panel, you can add new flags or view, edit, or remove existing flags.
