Add a Zip Code

This section will discuss how to add new zip codes.

PREREQUISITES: The Zip security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information. You must have a state code configured. See State Setup for more information. You must have a country code configured. See Country Setup for more information.

To add a new state record, follow these steps:

1. Click Land Setup on the menu panel and select State Setup.

2. On the Zip Codes panel, click Add record at the top of the panel.

NOTE: Search or filter the records on this panel to quickly find the one(s) you want. See Search and Filter Records for more information.

3. On the Add: Zip panel, enter the zip code in the Zip field.

4. In the City field, enter the full name of the city.

5. Click Lookup next to the State field to select a state.

6. Click Lookup next to the Country Code field to select a country.

7. Click Save.
