Edit a Task Result Set

Existing task result sets may be updated or changed at any time without having to create entirely new task result set to replace them. The following steps will walk you through the process of editing an existing task result set.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Task Results Set security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.

To edit an existing task result set, follow these steps:

  1. Click Tasks & Inspections on the PLL Admin menu panel and select Task Result Set.

  1. On the Task Results Set panel, click Edit record next to the task result set you want to edit.

  1. On the Edit: Task Result Set panel, make any changes you desire. See Add a Task Result Set for more information.

NOTE: The Edit: Task Result Set panel contains the same information as the Add: Task Result Set, with the addition of the Expired check box.

  1. Click Save.
