Task Setup

Tasks form the basis of the step-by-step workflows. Each task determines what will happen next, depending on the result of the task. Administrators can configure each task to proceed to the next task, reinsert the same task, insert a different task or task group, and change the status of the case. From the Task panel, you can add new tasks or view, edit, or remove existing tasks.
