View a Zip Code

The View option allows you to see more detailed information about a zip code than is available on the main Zip Codes panel.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Zip security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.

To view the details of a zip code, follow these steps:

  1. Click Land Setup on the menu panel and select State Setup.

  1. On the Zip Codes panel, select the check box next to the zip code you wish to inspect, and then click View record at the top of the panel.

NOTE: Search or filter the records on this panel to quickly find the one(s) you want. See Search and Filter Records for more information.

The View: Zip panel displays all the basic information about the country.

  1. Click Cancel to close the View: Zip panel.
