Checklist Status Group Fields

This section covers all the fields contained in the Add: Correction Status Group and Edit: Correction Status Group panels.

NOTE: The Edit: Correction Status Group panel contains all the items displayed on the Add: Correction Status Group panel as well as a few additional items. Therefore, only the Edit: Correction Status Group panel is displayed and explained here.

• Corr Status Grp ID: This is a numeric identifier that is automatically assigned to the status group after it is saved. This field cannot be changed.
• Status Group Code: This is a 10-character identifier that appears in lists and drop-down boxes, allowing users to distinguish one status group from another. This field cannot be changed.
• Status Group Description: This is a longer explanation of the group’s purpose. It is often just a written-out version of the group code, though the description may include any information the administrator desires.
• Expired: This check box, visible only on the Edit:Correction Status Group panel, allows administrators to mark specific status groups as expired. The corresponding check box on the main Checklist Status Groups panel will also be selected.
