View a Checklist Status Group

The View option allows you to see more detailed information about a checklist status group than is available on the main Checklist Status Groups panel.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Correction Status Group security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.

To view the details of a checklist status group (also known as a correction status group), follow these steps:

  1. Click Checklist Setup on the PLL Admin menu panel and select Checklist Status Groups.

  1. On the Checklist Status Groups panel, select the check box next to the checklist status group you wish to view, then click View record at the top of the panel.

NOTE: Search or filter the records on this panel to quickly find the one(s) you want. See Search and Filter Records for more information.

  1. The View: Correction Group Status panel displays all the basic information about the checklist status group.

  1. Click Cancel to close the View: Correction Group Status panel.
