Public Access 6.1 Guide Introduction

Public Access is the citizen portal to Cityworks PLL. Using Public Access, citizens and contractors can apply for and track the progress of permits and licenses, request inspections, and pay fees.

PREREQUISITES:

As of 15.8 and newer, your PLL administrator must enable the View function for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles in the PLL Admin for 15.8 Guide for more information.

NOTE: The images in this guide were taken using Google Chrome. While there may be slighter differences on other browsers, functionality is the same.
