Application Fields
The following fields are found on the New Application page during the application creation workflow.
NOTE: Some fields have visible character max limits. The first number is the current count of how many characters have been used. The second number is the max characters allowed in the field.
The following fields are found in the Main panel.
- Name: Enter a name for the new application.
- Location: Enter an address or use the map to select the geographic location or address.
The following fields are found in the People panel.
- Add People: Click to add an additional person to the application.
- more/less: Click to view more or less people fields.
- Remove: Click to remove a person associated with the application.
- Use My Info: Click to automatically enter the information from your user account into the corresponding fields.
- Roles: Select one or more roles from the drop-down list. A role is a unique identifier representing a position or job definition.
- Name: Enter the name of the person you are adding to the application.
- Address: Enter the address associated with the selected person.
- City: Enter the city where the address is located.
- State: Enter the state where the address is located.
- Zip: Enter the zip code where the address is located.
- Home Phone: Enter the home phone number.
- Cell Phone: Enter the cell or mobile phone number.
- Email: Enter the email address used by the person.
- Comment: Enter any additional information or comments about the person or role code.
The following fields are found in the Case Data panel.
NOTE: Fields will vary depending on the type of application selected.
- Enter New Construction SQFT (Quantity): Enter a number or select a number using the arrows.
- Estimated Cost of Construction (Currency): Enter a dollar amount.
- Estimate Start Date of Construction (Date Value): Enter a start date or select it using the calendar icon.
- Job Description (Comment): Enter any comments as desired.
The following fields are found in the Contractor panel.
- Add Record: Click to open the Add Contractors panel.
- Add Contractors panel: Select the check box by one or more contractors to add them to the application.
The following fields are found in the Rel Docs panel.
- Required Documents: Click to view a list of required items for this application type, if any.
- Drop Here: Drag and drop applicable files into this field to upload them or click Add to search your computer for the desired attachment.
- Label: Enter a name or label you want the attachment to have. If required documents are set up, there is a drop-down list to select from.
The following fields are found in the Payment panel.
- Deposits: This section shows any deposits automatically assigned depending on the type of application selected.
- Fees: This section shows any fees automatically assigned depending on the type of application selected.
- Payment Amount: The payment amount displays automatically in this field.
- Accept payment terms and conditions (hyperlink): Click this link to view the payment terms.
- Accept payment terms and conditions (check box): Select this check box to accept the payment terms.
- Pay Now: Click to make a payment.
- Submit: Click to submit the application and open the summary page.
The following buttons are found on the majority of the panels during the application workflow.
- Cancel: Click to cancel the action.
- Clear: Click to clear the criteria entered.
- Previous: Click to go back to the previous section.
- Next: Click to go to the next section.
