Configure Email Templates

The default email templates that are built into Public Access for user registration and password reset can be customized. The appropriate email is sent automatically when a new user requests registration or an existing user requests a password reset.

PREREQUISITES:

  • You must have the Public Site Admin check box selected in Admin. See Users in the Admin 3.2 Guide for more information.
  1. Open the User menu.

  1. Click Admin.

  1. Click the Email tab.
