Select Template

1. Select the desired Asset Group. If you're creating an attached work order, this field is automatically populated with the asset group related to the selected asset(s) on the map, but it can be changed if needed.
2. Select the Asset Types. If you're creating an attached work order, this field is automatically populated with the asset type related to the selected asset(s) on the map, but it can be changed if needed.
3. Select Feature, Object, or Other. While features or objects (related tables) are found in the geodatabase, the others category allows work order templates to be created on anything and stored in the Cityworks database.
4. If desired, select a Work Order Category. This is a way to further filter templates. It is set up on the template by the administrator. See Add or Edit a Work Order Template in the Designer for 15.4 Guide for more information.
5. Select a Work Order Template from the drop-down list.
