Open the Corrections Window

You can open and view correction items associated to a task from the Task Edit panel or Task Manager. See Search for Tasks for more information.

Complete one of the following:

You can use the Task Edit panel to open the Corrections panel.

  1. Open a case.
  2. Select the record(s) and tap the edit icon on the Workflow panel.

The Task Edit panel opens.

  1. Tap Corrections.

The corrections panel opens.

You can use Task Manager to open the Corrections panel.

  1. Open Task Manager and perform a search. See Search for Tasks for more information on performing a search.
  2. Tap Corrections.

The corrections panel opens.

  1. Tap the task you want to add correction tasks to.
